An AI credit is a planned usage unit for supported AI actions. The exact cost of each action is not set here and will be published before credits go on sale.
Can I buy credits now?
Not yet. The Premier store now accepts Team and Business support payments, but AI credits will not be sold until metering, a credit ledger and delivery are ready.
Will MemberConsole and Razorpay handle payment?
Premier support purchases already use MemberConsole and Razorpay. AI credit sales will use a verified checkout after the credit ledger and delivery processes are ready.
Do credits roll over or expire?
Direct Premier purchases are covered by our 14-day Refund Policy. Credit packs are not yet available to buy; rollover, expiration and other pack terms will be disclosed before sale.
Do CRM plans include credits?
There is no included AI allowance at this stage. Premier's existing CRM workspace is free and does not depend on buying credits.
