Clear access. Accountable work.

Premier Global Management, LLC designs Premier around authenticated workspaces, scoped access and operating records. Review how those controls fit your team’s responsibilities.

Product controls

Make access boundaries visible and manageable.

Review who can enter a workspace, what they can see and how access changes when their responsibilities change.

01

Authenticated access

Premier product access is designed around authenticated user accounts rather than anonymous access to internal workspace records.

02

Role-based permissions

Workspace access can be organized by role so people receive visibility that matches their responsibilities and can be adjusted as responsibilities change.

03

Workspace boundaries

Customer and operational records are scoped to the workspace and access model that owns them, helping keep one organization's operating context separate from another's.

04

Internal and external access

Customer-facing portals and external collaboration experiences are designed to expose only the information intentionally shared through those experiences.

05

Operational history

Where a module supports history or audit information, teams can use it to understand relevant changes, actors and workflow movement.

06

Data export

Supported records can be exported so customers can retain and work with their business information outside Premier when needed.

07

Access changes

Workspace administrators can change or remove user access using the controls available to their workspace and should do so promptly when access is no longer required.

08

Files and related records

File access follows the permissions and sharing context available to the workspace, record or portal where the file is used.

Shared responsibility

The platform provides controls. Your operating habits determine how well they are used.

A secure workspace is not created by a settings page alone. The practical work is keeping access current, limiting unnecessary exposure and preserving enough history to understand important changes later.

01

Start with least access

Give people the access they need for their role rather than broad access by default, especially for external collaborators and temporary users.

02

Keep ownership current

Review workspace administrators, user roles and shared access when people join, change responsibilities or leave the organization.

03

Use connected history

Keep important approvals, requests and customer decisions in the system so teams do not need to reconstruct sensitive operating events from scattered messages.

04

Export deliberately

Treat exports as copies of business data that may leave Premier's access controls. Store and share exported files according to your organization's own security rules.

Data handling

Keep customer data connected to the access context that gives it meaning.

Premier is built for business records such as customers, opportunities, projects, requests, tasks, files and approvals. Those records are most useful when access is granted through a workspace and the underlying business relationship stays visible.

Customers remain responsible for deciding what information belongs in their workspace, who should be able to access it and how exported copies are stored outside Premier. The Privacy Notice explains how Premier handles personal information and customer workspace content.

If your organization has a specific security, procurement, data-location or regulatory requirement, contact Premier before treating an assumption as a product commitment. That produces a cleaner review than relying on a badge or capability Premier has not published.

Published claims

Clear security information without invented certification badges.

If your procurement process requires SOC 2, ISO 27001 or another certification, ask our team for the evidence currently available before making a decision.

Security questions

Contact legal@premiergm.com and include the requirement you are evaluating. Premier can then respond to the actual control, integration or procurement question rather than asking you to interpret a generic security statement.
