All plans are billed annually. Each successful payment provides 12 months of software access.
Renewal
Subscriptions renew every 12 months on the anniversary of the original payment unless cancelled before that date.
Cancellation
Customers can cancel through their account at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains available for the remainder of the paid period.
Refunds
Refunds outside of local statutory rights are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Price changes
Premier may update pricing. Any changes apply from the next renewal period.
Taxes
Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on jurisdiction.
